Labrie Automizer Versa-Hand™
The Labrie Automizer Versa-Hand™ is a straight-frame, side-loading vehicle manufactured to the highest standards and designed to fully automate the collection of residential and commercial refuse and recycling materials. Collecting wheeled carts in tight areas like narrow streets and alleys with an automated unit has typically been difficult due to high fences and walls and other obstructions.
That is no longer true! With the Automizer Versa Hand™, the latest in lifting arm technology, designed specifically to automate refuse and recyclable collection in difficult areas, it’s now possible . The Versa Hand, with its unique grabber synchronizing system, is also ideal for standard cart collection, since it can grab all sizes of wheeled carts ranging from 32 to 300 gallons.
Key features of the Versa Hand™ are its Zero-Grab ability, extending telescopically up to 126 inches for cart pick-up; and ZERO-Swing-out capability which allows it to grab and dump carts that are sidled up alongside fences or walls. The Automizer Versa Hand™ averages 140 stops/hour, is reliable day in-day out, incurs low monthly maintenance costs and is very user-friendly.
The smooth cushioning at the end of the Versa Hand’s™ “slide, grab & dump” cycle significantly decreases any rocking motion, a typical collection unit experiences at the end of a circuit, providing additional ergonomic benefits for the vehicle operator. Increased productivity! Productivity, safety and efficiency are driving forces behind this new unit.

Labrie Automizer Right-Hand™
The Labrie Automizer Right-Hand™ has a unique, tapered body, giving it the best compaction and load distribution available on the market today. It features the Zero-grab arm, ideal for narrow streets, and has the longest reach available, unmatched by any other manufacturer to facilitate bin collection even between parked cars.
The Automizer Right-Hand™ provides repetitive, reliable reach and maximum durability. The unique geometry and hydraulics ensure not only smooth pick-up and dump cycles with reduced 'rocking' motion, but low operational noise, as well.
With reduced fuel consumption and noise pollution the Automizer Right-Hand™ supports maximum enviro-proficiency. Best-in-class hydraulics permit precise and secure control of the automated arm, while the 'work at idle' standard ensures optimized energy consumption.
A re-configurable, cab-controlled, split hopper allows for maximum flexibility. The patented, split hopper, known as the Co- Mingle version, permits the same road split and standard cart collection, providing less spillage and highly reduced cross-contamination.
The smoother, quicker unloading procedure provides maximum efficiency. Finally, Labrie's unique, tapered body design results in smoother, facilitated unloading at the landfill or transfer station. Less time spent at the landfill, means more homes collected per day.

Labrie EXPERT™ 2000 Helping Hand™
With its versatility and optimized unit ownership, the Labrie EXPERT™ 2000 Helping Hand™ is one of the most versatile units available on the market. Any municipality or private hauler that needs to pick up bags curbside or streetside will still have the right unit for the job when switching to an automated collection program. This units fulfills the industry’s evolving demands for years to come with its highly flexible and maximized operations
The EXPERT™ 2000 Helping Hand™ contributes to optimizing collection operations by picking up bags or different-sized containers and carts found on practically any type of route when equipped with a cart tipper on the left-hand side.
The best payload means maximum productivity. Its tapered body means it can collect more houses on the same legal payload and ensures facilitated dumping, making it the best compaction and load distribution available on today’s market.
The EXPERT™ 2000 Helping Hand™ supports maximum efficiency. The short walking distance from the cab, and shorter wheelbase (shorter than any other manufacturer) make it the most efficient drop-frame, sideloading collection unit on the market.
With reduced fuel consumption and noise pollution the Automizer Right-Hand™ permits maximum enviro-proficiency. Best-in-class hydraulics mean less overheating and less demand on the engine.

Labrie Top Select™
The Labrie Top Select™ optimizes collection operations by offering 2 to 7 compartments for pick up of different streams at curbside, for precise on-site sorting, allowing for highly flexible, maximized operations. The body-mounted partitions are put on rollers for ‘no-tools-required’, easy adjustability every 6 inches.
With its easy and safe one-man operation, The Top Select™ offers a low-entry cab conversion with curbside driving station for optimal one-man operation and maximum efficiency.
Smooth operation mean maximum productivity. The Top Select™ ensures smooth operation of the loading bucket through fully-adjustable hydraulic cushioning found at each end of the dump and return cycles. This generates high productivity levels (500+ households per route), and up to 10,000 lb payloads with the Maximizer configuration.
Enhanced options provide maximum versatility. The Top Select™ can be configured through a variety of options such as wider loading buckets, auto-lock attachments for carts with/out commercial applications. They are all designed to ensure performing and reliable recycling collection operations.

REAR LOADERS |
Leach 2R-III™
The Leach 2R-III™ is the most reliable rear-loader in the industry, providing a unique trough design that forms a natural sump, holding up to 300 gallons of liquid for a cleaner and more environmentally friendly operation. The ¼” body floor sheets and 5/6” floor trough make this the thickest standard floor in the industry.
Maximum capacity means maximum productivity and with one of the largest hopper capacities in its class, the 2R-III™ has more efficient operations by reducing the number of times needed to sweep the hopper. The Packer Carrier Panel design allows the workers to continue to load trash into the hopper while running the hopper sweep cycle, and the Packer Carrier Panel will not push trash out of the hopper during the sweep cycle.
The 2R-III™’s body construction features curved shell design using single side sheet construction – no seams – for enhanced engineering and maximized performance. The stronger, cleaner looking Packer Carrier Panel rides on rollers instead of sliding blocks for less friction and wear.
Diamond Force Compaction design on the push out panel evenly distributes the trash during packing and minimizes voids in the payload resulting in increased compaction and maximized payload. Compaction Rating – 1,000+ lbs per cubic yard. An optimized TCO and interchangeable cylinders make it the only rear loader to offer interchangeable packer and carrier cylinders. This versatility reduces the types of cylinders needed for inventory and maintenance.

Leach Alpha-III™
The Leach Alpha-III™ offers maximum capacity for maximum payload.
The overall hopper width maximizes hopper capacity and reduces the number of cycles required for packing. The complete tailgate assembly is designed to offer one the best weight distribution in its category. During a complete sweeping/compacting cycle, material loading is allowed in and no trash is pushed out of the hopper. Diamond Force Compaction design on the push out panel evenly distributes the trash during packing and minimizes voids in the payload. Compaction Rating is up to 900 pounds per cubic yard.
Just like the Leach 2R-III™, the body construction features curved shell design using single side sheet construction – no seams - for enhanced engineering and maximized performance. The stronger, cleaner looking Packer/Carrier Panel rides on rollers instead of sliding blocks for less friction and wear.
Leach is recognized for strong designs and associated with accurate fabrication and constant quality control resulting in the manufacture of a high performance product. Enhanced quality control ensures that there is no pre-mature wear.
